During the Innovation Day we will discuss challenges, possible solutions and examples of projects, business solutions, social entrepreneurship and volunteering programs as a way to make a positive impact within the local communities based on the following methodologies:

  • Active Citizens Framework™ and
  • Design Thinking.

What to expect?

During the c.a. 8 hours of workshop we will discuss what the biggest needs and challenges in Polish cities are. We will think about possible solutions to satisfy these needs and share examples of programs and undertakings from different countries which worked out and helped to bring positive impact.

There will be time for workshop, open discussions between participants and presenters as well as an opportunity for business networking with the people active in the area of sustainability.

The entire workshop will evolve around the topics of Global Goals of Sustainable Development adopted by the United Nations in year 2015 (www.globalgoals.org) which have since become an important aspect of trainings and design thinking within organizations related to the United Nations, including the global network of JCI (www.jci.cc)
