PERSONAL DATA OF PARTICIPANTS (RODO)

1. In fulfillment of the information obligation under Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), commonly known as RODO, we provide the necessary information regarding our processing of personal data.
2. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is Antal Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat: 2 Puławska St., 02 - 566 Warsaw, NIP: 5252813780.
3. Personal data will be processed for the preparation and execution of the Conference and verification of registration. Personal data is processed based on the principles of personal data processing set forth in Article 5 of the RODO.
4. Personal data are processed until the purpose for which they were collected has been achieved, for the period of time for which regulations require the Administrator to keep the data, for the time necessary to establish, defend and pursue claims, and for any legitimate interest of the Administrator.
5. Participants are entitled to:
   • access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing,
   • portability of one's data - a right that can be exercised when the legal basis for processing is the consent of the person to whom the processing relates or the performance of a contract and the processing is carried out under fully automated conditions,
   • if the Participant's personal data was processed on the basis of the consent given, the Participant has the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
6. Participants can exercise their rights by submitting a request through the following communication channel:

   • Participants also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
7. Participants' personal data will not be processed by us in a way that would result in automated decision- making, including profiling. This means that we do not use information systems that would collect information about Participants and, at the same time, independently, automatically make decisions that could have legal effects on Participants or similarly significantly affect them.
8. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data will prevent participation in the Event.
9. The Conference participant agrees that the Organizer may record his/her image during the Conference in the form of photographs and audiovisual materials. The Organizer has the right, unlimited in time and territorial space, free of charge, to use the photographs and audiovisual materials for the purpose related to the statutory activities of the Organizer, in particular by publishing the above on its own website, social media and its own news channels. In addition, audiovisual materials and photographs may be published on the StoneX x Redpanda event website and social media, as well as StoneX Poland and Redpanda's website and social media.
