PLUGinWRO: Shades of management in IT

The last decade was full of numerous changes and transformations. The richer became even richer and the middle-class had shrunk. The digital revolution, which was supposed to free our world, gave populists a tool to reach for power.

On the other hand the labour market in developed and developing countries became employee market like never before, especially in high-tech and specialized business.

As a result, we experience a very dynamic changes in terms of labour relations. Some startups as well as IT companies inspired by Silicon Valley switched from regular jobs into peaceful havens of a great, stressless life with only tiny amount of breaks dedicated to effort and concentration. However, there are still lots of companies which work in a traditional manner with clear structure and relations in a workplace.

The aim of the event is to confront different points of view on the relations between an employee and an employer in order to define key trends and aspects connected with this crucial area of companies' activity on the market.

To get the best perspective we have invited to discussion experts presenting a very different points of view.
