    Agenda roszerzona:

17:00-17:40 — Michał Ceklarz: "Przyszłość cyber obrony: AI i automatyzacja w centrum operacji bezpieczeństwa"

Bio prelegenta: Michał Ceklarz jest doświadczonym menedżerem sprzedaży w obszarze cyberbezpieczeństwa z szerokim backgroundem technicznym i wieloletnim doświadczeniem w branży security.

    17:50-18:30 — Robert Michalski: TBD

    Abstrakt: TBD

18:40-19:20 — Kamil Bączyk: "Hunting an Autonomous SRE Agent - a live threat-model validation"

    Abstrakt:

What happens when you point a red team at an AI agent that can rewrite your production environment? In this session we do exactly that - live, against a real Azure SRE Agent in our own lab.
Autonomous SRE agents are landing in enterprises fast, and they're a new kind of privileged identity: they read all your telemetry, act on production, and take their cues from data an attacker can tamper with. I'll walk you through a full kill chain built from one low-privilege role - grabbing the agent's token without an MFA prompt, poisoning its knowledge base, quietly stripping its guardrails, flipping it from human-approved to fully autonomous with a single API call, and leaving a scheduled task behind to persist. No Owner rights, no PIM, under five minutes.
Then we flip to defense: the handful of Azure controls that actually break this chain - PIM-gating the agent's config, locking down who can change its guardrails and knowledge, scoping its identity to the workload, and knowing which two log events to alert on first.
You'll leave able to threat-model an agent in your own tenant - and knowing why its guardrails must be harder to change than the things they guard.

Bio prelegenta: Kamil Bączyk is a Lead Principal Enterprise Security Architect responsible for building enterprise security strategies, with a strong focus on offensive security, offensive architecture, and red teaming. Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, he is an award-winning, world-class speaker and mentor featured at numerous conferences and meetups. He is recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in two categories: Cloud Security and AI Security. As an independent technology advisor, he connects technology and business to help organizations become more secure. Specializing in the Microsoft technology stack, he works closely as a Subject Matter Expert with Microsoft Product Groups to expand their cloud and security capabilities in line with organizational requirements.
