W niedzielę, 11 października, w godz. 15:00-18:00, zapraszamy do Soham Space na HeartString IN-Static z Jornem Ayanem - popołudnie z muzyką, uważnym ruchem i celebracją. To drugie warszawskie spotkanie w ramach HeartString Tour.
IN-Static nie jest lekcją tańca. Nie ma tu choreografii ani określonego sposobu, w jaki należy się poruszać. Jorn prowadzi spotkanie poprzez starannie ułożoną muzyczną podróż, a Ty możesz odpowiadać na muzykę na swój własny sposób.
Możesz tańczyć, kołysać się, rozciągać, chodzić, zatrzymać się albo po prostu słuchać. Muzyka prowadzi przez różne rytmy, energie i momenty ciszy. Każdy doświadcza tej podróży na swój sposób, dzieląc jednocześnie przestrzeń i muzykę z innymi.
Nie potrzebujesz doświadczenia tanecznego ani wcześniejszej praktyki. Przyjdź w wygodnym stroju i z odrobiną ciekawości. Nie ma tu niczego do pokazania ani jednego "właściwego" sposobu uczestniczenia - możesz poruszać się intensywnie albo pozostać niemal w bezruchu.
Jorn Ayan jest muzykiem, wokalistą i twórcą HeartString. W swojej pracy bada relację między muzyką, obecnością, głosem i ruchem. Poprzez HeartString tworzy różne sposoby doświadczania muzyki - od słuchania i wspólnego śpiewania po przyjmowanie dźwięku i ruch.
Na tym opiera się HeartString Tour - na odkrywaniu różnych sposobów spotkania z muzyką. W Soham Space będziemy gościć dwa z tych formatów. W sobotni wieczór HeartString Circle połączy nas poprzez głos, mantrę i wspólny śpiew. W niedzielę podczas IN-Static przeniesiemy uwagę na ruch i wspólną muzyczną podróż.

What happens when you let the music guide your movement, without choreography, steps or expectations?
On Sunday, October 11, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, join us at Soham Space for HeartString IN-Static with Jorn Ayan — an afternoon of music, mindful movement and celebration. This will be the second Warsaw gathering as part of the HeartString Tour.
IN-Static is not a dance class. There is no choreography to follow and no particular way you are expected to move. Jorn guides the experience through a curated musical journey, while you are free to respond to the music in your own way.
You might dance, sway, stretch, walk, pause or simply listen. The music can take you through different rhythms, energies and moments of stillness. Everyone experiences the journey individually, while sharing the space and the music with others.
No dance experience or previous practice is needed. Come in comfortable clothes and with a little curiosity. There is nothing to perform and no "right" way to participate — you can be as active or as still as you like.Jorn Ayan is a musician, vocalist and creator of HeartString. His work explores the relationship between music, presence, voice and movement. Through HeartString, he creates different ways of experiencing music — from listening and singing to receiving and moving.
This is the idea behind the HeartString Tour: exploring different ways of connecting with music. At Soham Space, we will host two of these experiences. On Saturday evening, HeartString Circle will bring us together through voice, mantra and shared singing. On Sunday, IN-Static will turn our attention towards movement and a shared musical journey.
