Digital Transformation/Cooperation between Project Management and Service Delivery - One language and standards
We have a great pleasure to invite you for a event organized in a cooparation with our sponsor: Fujitsu.
Alex Scleparis - Fujitsu Project Manager; Marcin Dębowski - Director, Service Management Services will be talking about digital cooperation between Project Management and Service Delivery.
Fujitsu about that topic:
Delivering customer value at Fujitsu historically followed a fixed and linear delivery path. As a large corporation, it is often common to fall into the trap of running each business function as a Silo with formal handover points at the end of each stage. This can result in potential delivery blockages and a blame led culture between teams. In many scenarios, once a team has completed handover of a work package, they can already have "moved on" to a different project and are no longer available and engaged with the next delivery teams questions. In this session, we will explore how we as Fujitsu are enacting a Digital Transformation Programme to transform our Customer Solution Lifecycle and strive to enhance cooperation between business functions. As large corporations, we cannot always merge delivery units directly however, we can encourage a culture of cooperation throughout delivery, to improve team collaboration and ultimately, increase customer satisfaction through what we deliver. We will discuss a number of historic examples of issues we have encountered as well as more recent examples where our process changes have positively influenced the customers solution. In particular, between our Service Delivery and Project Management teams. We will also look at examples of what we can do as a business to improve cooperation and communication between teams.
