W czwartek (20.04) wpada do nas Grégoire Piat, syn właścicieli Château Couronneau, który poprowadzi degustację i będzie miał dla Was zdecydowanie więcej czasu, niż podczas festiwalu ;)

O winnicy:
Château Couronneau to posiadłość w Bordeaux z XV-go wieku należąca do Bénédicte i Christophe Piat prekursorów ruchu biologicznego i biodynamicznego w regionie. W 1997 roku, po trzech latach od zakupu posiadłości, po restrukturyzacji i ciężkiej pracy, postanowili przestawić całą winnicę na rolnictwo ekologiczne. Pomimo ówczesnych trudności technicznych i uprzedzeń co do praktyk ekologicznych, wytrwali w swoich przekonaniach i w 2005 roku przeszli na biodynamikę.
