Join "Rabbit hole to the IT world" on October 19 & 20, 2022, and feel like Alice exploring Wonderland. Together with Szymon Oleszek, a front-end developer at Codete, you'll have a chance to gain new skills.
Szymon Oleszek is an engineer who is passionate about creating user interfaces. His career is definitely out of the box, and it includes programming tiny electronic chips, robots, and industrial controllers, as well as console programs, Front-ends, and JavaScript.

What is it really about?
A two-day workshop designed to introduce you to the world of web technologies (theoretical issues). They will allow you to get acquainted with how the Internet works and what happens when you type an address into the URL bar and press ENTER. Participants will learn which technologies and languages are used in each layer of the Internet (browser: html css js; server: java, python etc). After an introduction to HTML and CSSaw in the practical part we will try to build a static website such as Portfolio, where the first day we will build a subpage (simpler from the perspective of coding) and the next day we will create the main page (a little more complex, but equally "eatable" for beginners).

Codete programming workshop for beginners is a two-day event. The first day of the workshop will be held only as an online webinar, while the second day will be held only on-site at Techie's in Krakow. Both parts will be led by our expert, Szymon Oleszek.
