I'm a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner with more than six years of experience in international IT projects. Along the way, I've also taken on roles as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and People Manager, which gave me the chance to see leadership from many different angles. I'm certified as a CBAP®, Agile Certified Practitioner (IIBA AAC®), and Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II).

What really shaped me as a professional is learning how to navigate situations where responsibilities overlap, expectations are high, and the pressure to deliver feels overwhelming. I know what it's like to wear too many hats at once and how easy it is to lose balance when you want to help everyone around you. Over time, I've learned how to set healthier boundaries, lead with clarity, and still keep the spark that makes me love what I do.
