REGULATIONS

Wrocław University of Technology Graduate Cruise - Wrocław, September 20, 2024.
1. PURPOSE OF THE CRUISE
1.1 To popularize integration between graduates of Wroclaw University of Technology.
1.2. Getting to know the tourist, natural and cultural values of the city of Wroclaw.
2. ORGANIZER
The cruise is organized by the Association of Wrocław University of Technology Alumni, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. These regulations were drawn up on: 04.09.2024.

3. PARTICIPANTS
3.1 The cruise is open to all graduates of Wroclaw University of Technology, after sending an application to the organizers and paying the fee, hereinafter referred to as Participants/Participant.
3.2 The application for the cruise shall be made through the websitehttps://app.evenea.pl/event/alumnipwr-rejs-en/ while the payment shall be made through the payment tools and gateways available on the Evenea portal, at this URL.
3.3 The Organizer allows the enrollment of accompanying persons. One person, who is a graduate or undergraduate of Wroclaw University of Technology, may invite one accompanying person.
3.4 The participant is obliged to strictly obey all instructions of the Organizer.
3.5 By his/her participation in the cruise, the participant declares to the Organizer that he/she is in a state of health allowing safe participation in the cruise.
3.6 If the participant has a chronic illness that may require the support of the Organizer, the participant declares to inform the Organizer of this fact and to provide information on how to proceed in case of sudden deterioration of the participant's well-being or health.
3.7 Participants shall reach the starting point of the cruise by their own means of transport or by public transportation.

4 TERMS
4.1 The cruise takes place on September 20, 2024 in Wroclaw, from 18:00 to 22:00 on board of the ship Goplana or another ship of similar parameters indicated by the Organizer.
4.2 The place where the Cruise starts and ends is: Rector Stanisław Kulczyński Boulevard of the Wrocław University of Technology.

5. SAFETY

5.1 Each participant is required to have valid accident insurance during the Cruise.
5.2 The right to participate in the event is entitled to a valid, registered e-mail confirming the purchase of a ticket for the cruise (pdf file received after purchasing the ticket).The form of a printout of an electronically received ticket is also acceptable.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1 Each participant is required to bring appropriate clothing for the Cruise event.
6.2.Each participant is obliged to take good humor and generously share it with others.
6.3 The organizer does not provide participants, during the Cruise, with accident insurance, health insurance, liability insurance or any other form of insurance and absolutely obliges each participant to have individual accident insurance.
6.4 The participant is obliged to take care of the good name of Wroclaw University of Technology.
7. DIFFICULT CASES
7.1 In case of causing damage to the venue of the event,. Participant shall bear full legal and financial responsibility for damage caused by him to companies and third parties and Wroclaw University of Technology.
7.2 The Participant shall be liable for damages caused to third parties while on the Cruise. The Organizer assumes no responsibility towards third parties for the participant's behavior during the Cruise.
7.3 The participant undertakes not to abuse alcohol or use other psychoactive substances.
7.4 The participant undertakes not to encourage or sell to other participants the substances referred to in 7.4.
7.5 The Organizer does not exercise custody over the Participant's person or property during the Cruise.
7.6 The Participant shall not be entitled to a refund of his performance to the Organizer or part thereof in case of incomplete participation in the Cruise due to reasons for which the Organizer is not responsible.
7.7 In case of gross violation of the above rules by the Participant, the Organizers may, even during the event, refuse the Participant the right to further participation. In doing so, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the fee and additional costs.
7.8 Full refund of the purchased ticket is possible only in case of fortuitous situations that prevent the Cruise from taking place. These are, for example, fortuitous situations such as very high water levels, closed waterway, ship breakdown.
7.9 It is possible to transfer the purchased ticket to another person. In order to make such a change you should contact the organizer by email sent to e-mail:[email protected].

8. TERMINATION:
The interpretation of the rules and regulations belongs to the Organizers and is final.
