Winiarze wierzą, że jakość i piękno wina pochodzi pochodzi głównie z winnicy. Praktykują prostą i ostrożną winifikację: bez dodawania drożdży, enzymów, zakwaszania czy jakichkolwiek manipulacji. Delikatne tłoczenie, długie maceracje, praca z osadem drożdżowym. To są fundamentalne

ABOUT THE WINERY:

We will be visited by a young couple, Nuno Morais Vaz & Daniela Matias, who have created a project called Geographic Wines. They represent the new wine wave of Portugal.

The winemakers believe that the quality and beauty of wine comes mainly from the vineyard. They practice simple and careful vinification: no addition of yeast, enzymes, acidification or any manipulation. Gentle pressing, long macerations, working with lees. These are the fundamental
principles in which they believe.
