LEADER TANGO is an innovative workshop focused on developing communication and building competences necessary to work in a team. Understanding the excess and deficit of team's strengths is the starting point for the development and rapid implementation of improvements.
Gallup's researches show that when people understand and apply their strengths, the effect on their lives and work is transformational. People who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.
Behind the acronym TANGO there is a coherent set of attitudes and competences. One of them is TRUST and just like in tango, it is necessary to build a relationship between any leader and followers.
Participants of LT classes will realize their own motivations and other team members' motivations, which will allow them to control better their emotions and communicate effectively. Thanks to this, immediately after the workshops, the atmosphere and relations will be improved, and the efficiency of team work will increase.

TRAINER BIO:
Agnieszka Gasperini is an energetic multi-lingual trainer, coach and consultant with over 18 years' international experience in the project management profession. She is a very creative trainer and consultant who use innovative skills to support clients in designing and delivering leadership skills courses. She has a long experience in working with clients from private, public and academic organisations. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills allow her to build very good relations with clients across all levels and in different languages due to her fluency in English, Spanish, Italian, Polish and conversational German and Russian. Agnieszka has delivered successful programmes across Europe, USA, Latin America and Australia. She is also Tango Argentinian Dancer and Coach.
