Yoga in the Park - Ashtanga Yoga in English

We proudly invite You for an outdoor event organised by Imagonacja foundation and sponsored by Warsaw City Court.

In this intermediate level class we will be practicing a modified half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Come strengthen your body and quiet your mind in the here and now under the clear blue sky 😊

Please take Your own yoga mat (and maybe some mosquito repellents).
