Do you recognise this state?
You know a lot. You read, listen, practise. And yet — in certain moments — there is inner noise. Reactivity instead of calm. A vague sense of being lost rather than clear. A feeling that something important is out of place, though it is difficult to name.
This is not a problem of lacking knowledge. It is a disconnection from something deeper than knowledge.
Sundao; ISM does not offer another set of information. It offers something no information can give: a return to your Inner Space — the place from which clarity, stillness and direction arise naturally.
What is Sundao; ISM?
Sundao; ISM (Integral Somatic Method) is a path created by Master Yu Jae-Sheen — integrating ancient Taoist and Buddhist wisdom with contemporary somatic and energetic work. Over more than 30 years of worldwide practice and teaching, Master Yu developed a system that works not through understanding — but through direct experience.
In each session you work simultaneously on three levels:
I Integral Somatic Method | II Inner Space Meditation | III Inner Spirituality Movement |
I — Integral Somatic Method (ISM)
Real-time bodywork. Not through analysis, but through direct physical, emotional and energetic integration. Tensions that years of thinking have not shifted release through conscious contact with the body. The result: presence and groundedness even in the most intense moments of life.
II — Inner Space Meditation
A direct practice of recognising Inner Space — not as an idea, but as a lived experience. Guided, somatic and silent meditations. After each session, participants report the same thing: a silence that is not empty — but full. It becomes your true point of reference that nothing external can disturb.
III — Inner Spirituality Movement
Embodying Inner Space in everyday life. Not as a belief or ideology — but as a concrete way of living, making decisions, building relationships and realising projects. From this place you act from agency, not reactivity.
What will specifically change in your life?
The three-session "Beyond Knowledge" series is designed so that its effects are felt immediately — and last. Participants from previous Sundao; ISM editions describe concrete changes:
- Inner stillness without forcing it — you stop fighting your own state. Stability begins to arise naturally, even in difficult circumstances.
- Clarity of thinking and decision-making — instead of going around in circles, you simply know. Not because you have more information — but because you have access to a deeper source.
- Less reactivity, more response — you surprise yourself with how calmly you can meet situations that used to throw you off balance.
- Groundedness in the body — somatic bodywork releases tensions that have been blocking your energy. You feel literally lighter. More at home in your own body.
- Access to your own direction — not one imposed by circumstances, others' expectations or global narratives. Yours.
- Group field and energy transmission — sessions with Master Yu carry an energetic dimension that cannot be replicated from a recording. Shared group practice amplifies and accelerates what would take much longer alone.
What do participants say?
"I feel a completely new quality of my Being — more space, more acceptance, more love. A greater Inner Space that cannot be put into words." — participant, Sundao; ISM workshop |
"Every session is an entry into a new dimension. Each time another level of calm and clarity opens up." — participant, online series |
"I feel safe, warm and deeply held — completely supported in returning to myself." — participant, workshop with Master Yu |
