We will discuss the pitfalls of our own thinking, biases and self-perceptions.

The speaker is one of our own - Robert Nowak. In case you're curious who Robert is, here's a short bio:

A psychologist by education and vocation, Interim Manager and team leader with many years of experience focused on implementing changes and leading transformation projects. Associated with management and processes in the area of HR for over 17 years, in Polish and international companies of various shapes & sizes. Academic lecturer conducting classes in the field of Human Resources Management at Universities in the Tri-City, including the Gdańsk University of Technology, WSB Merito University and University of Business and Administration. Currently the owner of his own consulting company - Ronin Consulting and a Board Member of the Interim Management Foundation (FRIM).
