Dear MBA Alumni,

We are pleased to invite you to a Creative Evening Event, in collaboration with the GUT MBA Office

The subject will going to be - "Neurodiversity in the workplace: How to successfully integrate various neurotypes?"

Please check out the teaser & a summary:

The presentation will highlight the challenges and benefits in the context of professional work that are characteristic of neurodivergent individuals, resulting from their unique 'spiky' profiles. It will also explore opportunities to support neurodivergent employees at various stages of the employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and job retention. Additionally, the presentation will showcase research findings on the organizational maturity of Polish companies in hiring neurodivergent individuals, as well as success stories of inclusion leaders among companies operating in Poland, such as Auticon, EY, and BNP Paribas.
