Effective Change Management

Dear MBA Alumni,

we are pleased to invite you to our next MBA Alumni Club Meeting!

During this session we will try to answer following questions:
❓How to design successful change initiatives?
❓What are the main challenges of leading the change and how to overcome them?
❓What is the leadership role in change management?

We will also talk about people aspect of the change and ways to address the resistance to change. The meeting will focus on group discussion. We invite the participants to exchange best practices based on their business cases. 

Session will be led by Anna Mikucka who is alumni of GUT MBA XIII cohort.
Anna has over 9 years' of experience in leading global level and cross-functional development projects. She is responsible for design and implementation of new solutions and streamlined processes.
