Martin Thompson. 20 years living in Poland working in senior management roles for companies such as: Flex, Assa-Abloy, Rosti and my own consultancy company Martin Thompson Services.

Prior to coming to Poland Iheld senior management roles with major OEM's: Xerox, Fujitsu and Amdahl. Developed and implemented manufacturing footprint projects in Asia and Europe. Introduced supply chain optimization supporting footprint changes within sales regions. Driven efficiency and cost reduction programs. Transferred manufacturing to LCR's while maintaining quality and performance.
