Pamiętasz taką zabawę z dzieciństwa: prowadzisz linię przez kolejno numerowane kropki, aż powstanie rysunek? W trakcie wdrożeń, w życiu zawodowym, też budujemy łącząc kropki: gdy jest ich za mało - nie mamy pewności jak poprowadzić linię dalej, gdy jest ich za dużo - trzeba odnaleźć te właściwe. Zapraszam Cię na warsztat, podczas którego doświadczysz kilku realnych problemów wdrożeniowych podczas identyfikowania kluczowych interesariuszy i ich potrzeb, budowania wymagań, po rundę finałową, gdy łącząc kropki, wspólnie narysujecie obraz. Prelegent: Radosław Rojek

With the belief that people are the most important in effective implementation of change, Radosław Rojek has been collecting experience at leading financial institutions for over 18 years. He went from a member of the finance team during SAP implementation, through ERP process management, to managing an international implementation team, to be recently responsible for financial and reporting processes during the transplantation of the heart of the bank - replacement of the central system. In his free time, together with three sons, he learns about new technologies (including blockchain, ML) to come up with possible applications.
