#Hiddennomore - advance women in STEM across the borders

This autumn we're focusing on the topic of developing a career in IT. That's why we decided to invite our friends, STEM experts from Switzerland, Georgia, Iceland, and Kosovo to share our stories and insights from different markets. After the panel discussion, we're going to watch the movie "Hidden Figures".

Participants of the debate as well as the moderator participated in the second edition of the #HiddenNoMore. Together with 50 women from 50 countries during 3 weeks, they traveled across the US to engage in debates, meetings, conferences, and discussions on the situation of women in the STEM sector. Nearly a year later we're meeting with them in Warsaw to sum up the progress.

Nino Bigvava - Head of Project Management Department at FINCA Bank Georgia; she is a co-Founder of PMI Tbilisi, Georgia Chapter and a licensee/organizer of TEDxYouth in Tbilisi since 2012.

Blerta Thaci - Executive Director of Open Data Kosovo and the Founder of Girls Coding Kosova (GCK). Open Data Kosovo started as a grassroots movement and has developed into an official NGO focused on civic-tech and digital humanitarianism to provide for more open government.

Jóhanna Vigdís Guðmundsdóttir - Executive director of The Center For Language Technology in Iceland. An advocate of increasing number of women in STEM. She founded Girls in ICT Day in Iceland and has been running the program at the university since 2013.

Marion Schleifer - Developer Experience Engineer at Hasura working closely with the developer community and making sure they have a smooth experience with their GraphQL APIs. She is also a community organizer in Zurich (Switzerland) where she is running several meetups, such as Women Techmakers Switzerland and Ruby Monstas.

Małgorzata Ratajska-Grandin - President of Geek Girls Carrots. Małgosia co-founded a mobile health startup Yagram Health. In 2017, she was rewarded with a title Innovator under 35 by MIT Technology Review for the mobile app dedicated to mums-to-be.
